About Us
New American Cuisine (NAC) is an indie group formed in 2017 in Saratoga Springs, NY. NAC’s sound ranges from indie pop to folk as a result of their various influences — from the Beatles and John Mayer to Dispatch and the Lumineers. Their material features tasteful guitar, lush keyboard, and catchy vocal harmonies backed by pensive percussion and bass. The group has two albums and a handful of singles with more material on the way!
